How do I get my portal login credentials?
Portal credentials are automatically generated and sent to the email/phone number provided during student enrollment. If you haven't received them, contact the school office at +256 704 004 200.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the instructions. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Alternatively, visit the school office with valid identification.
Can I access the portal on my mobile phone?
Yes! The portal is fully responsive and can be accessed on smartphones, tablets, and computers. Simply log in through your mobile browser.
How often are grades updated?
Teachers update grades within 7 days of assessment completion. Mid-term and end-of-term report cards are published according to the academic calendar.
Can I make fee payments through the portal?
Yes. The portal accepts payments via mobile money (MTN, Airtel) and bank transfers. All transactions are secure and you'll receive instant confirmation and receipts.
